• Communications: messages sent through the Platform, contact form submissions, and support requests.

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent on the Platform, referral source, and interactions with campaigns.
• Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
• Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymized usage metrics to improve Platform performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Facilitate campaigns between brands and creators, including matching, content submission, approval, and payment processing.
• Process payments and manage wallet balances, deposits, and withdrawal requests.
• Communicate with you about your account, campaigns, and Platform updates.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve the Platform’s functionality, security, and user experience.
• Enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Between users: when you participate in a campaign, certain profile information (name, portfolio, social handles) is shared between brands and creators as necessary to facilitate the campaign.
• Service providers: we use trusted third-party services to operate the Platform, including Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and Supabase for database and authentication services.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or government investigation, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Vairloo, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use the following types of cookies:

• Essential cookies: required for authentication, session management, and core Platform functionality. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: Vercel Analytics collects aggregated performance and usage data to help us improve the Platform. This data is anonymized and does not personally identify you.
